5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule or cancel a session. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is as follows:
A. Cancellation
Individual Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
Packages and Programs: If you have purchased a coaching package or enrolled in a program, please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase, as different policies may apply.
B. Refunds
Individual Sessions: Once booked, individual sessions are nonrefundable unless specified otherwise during the promotion period. However, you may reschedule the session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Packages and Programs: Refunds for coaching packages and programs are available within the first 7 days of the program start date. After this period, no refunds will be provided. If you are on a payment plan, you are still obligated to complete all remaining payments even if you discontinue the program after the refund period.
C. Exceptions
In cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Refunds or rescheduling under these conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
